題目：The space of short ropes and the classifying space of the space of 
long knots
講演者：境 圭一 氏（信州大学理学部）

概要：
The space of short ropes was introduced by J. Mostovoy in 2002.
He proved that the fundamental group of the space of short ropes is the 
group completion of the monoid of isotopy classes of knots and 
conjectured that the space is the classifying space of the space of long 
knots.
We prove his conjecture affirmatively.
This is a joint work with Syunji Moriya (Osaka Prefecture University).
