2024年２月開催のおいでMath談話会についてお知らせします．(for English, see below)



日時：2024年２月22日（木）13:00--15:00，開催方法：オンライン
講演者：谷口哲至 氏（広島工業大学）
題目（第1部）：Hoffman Graph（言語：日本語ですが，スライドは英語です）

題目（第2部）：数学界の孤立集落とその住人の生き方と生きる力（言語：日本語）



第1部は，最先端のテーマについて非専門家向けに解説する講演です．
第2部は，多様性を備えた包摂的な数学コミュニティの形成を促すことを目指しており，

We are pleased to inform you about Catch-All Math Colloquium in February
2024.


Time: 2024 February 22 (Thursday) 1:00-3:00 PM (JST), Online
Speaker: Tetsuji Taniguchi (Hiroshima Institute of Technology)
Title (first talk): Hoffman Graph (language: Japanese with English slide)
Title (second talk): Isolated settlements in the mathematical world and
their inhabitants' way of life and zest for living (language: Japanese)



The first part is a talk on mathematics, designed so that it is
understandable to a general mathematical audience.
The second part is aimed at catching and promoting diverse groups of people
doing math
and besides the speaker’s contemplation also includes small-group exchanges.
