タイトル：Geometry, tessellations and surfaces


アブストラクト：

In this talk I will explain the relationship between two dimensional tessellations (sometimes called tilings) and surfaces. In order to do so, I will need to introduce the geometry of spaces of constant curvature, where this curvature could be zero, positive or negative. The talk will be at a elementary level with many pictures.
