開催を予定いたしておりますので，ご案内申し上げます：

We plan to announce the conference program and the details of the
registration for social events such as the conference dinner around
mid January or later.

Concerning accommodation for your stay, we would like to ask you
to arrange this for yourself. The hotel closest to the conference venue
is the Busena Terrace Hotel, and we will arrange for the international
invited speakers to be housed there. Moreover, there are several other
available hotels within a 30-minute walk from the venue, such as:
