 Integrable Systems and Geometric PDEs



October 20-22, 2012

Room 101, Mathematics Research Center Building (ori. New Math. Bldg.), NTU



The aim of this workshop is to promote and introduce younger
researchers to the recent development of interaction between the
integrable systems and other mathematical disciplines.

Recently, elliptic integrable systems seems to getting more attention,
due to its connection with many areas in mathematics and physics. In
the workshop, we will talk about parts of recent developments of those
interesting interactions, including G2 geometry, SYZ conjecture,
symplectic geometry and isomonodromy theory, Willmore conjecture etc.
The level of lectures would start from the introductory level.

This workshop is part of joint activities of TIMS, CASTS and OCAMI
(Osaka City University).
