2026年5月28日（木）に、理化学研究所 和光キャンパスにて、Johns Hopkins 大学の Mikhail Khovanov 氏による特別セミナーを開催いたします。
本講演は、対面およびオンラインのハイブリッド形式でご参加いただけます。対面参加枠にはまだ余裕がございます。

講演者：Mikhail Khovanov 氏（Johns Hopkins大学）
講演題目：Introduction to categorification and link homology

講演概要 : Quantum link invariants relate topology in 3 dimensions to mathematical physics and representation theory. They admit liftings to 4-dimensional structures, known as link homology. We will explain how the skein relations for quantum invariants turn into homological structures at this higher level and how semisimple representation theory turns into non-semisimple representations and homological algebra upon categorification.
