次回の Japanese–Australian Workshop on Real and Complex Singularities
(JARCS)を、シドニー大学にて2026年9月28日（月）から10月1日（木）まで開催予定であることをお知らせいたします。

ご参加をご検討の方は、2026年2月14日までに運営委員会のメンバー（本メール末尾）までお知らせください。
これは参加登録の締切ではなく、資金調達申請や運営準備の計画立案に役立てるための参加意向の事前連絡となります。

JARCS は2005年より隔年で開催してきた研究集会で、COVID-19パンデミックによる中断を経て、2024年に再開されました。2026年ワークショップはシドニー大学にて活躍された郭子加教授追悼の研究集会となります。
なおシドニー大学は数学研究所を運営しており、パウネスク教授は参加者の宿泊費の一部を支援する資金申請を検討中です。多くの方の早期の参加意向表明は申請準備に大変役立ちます。

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the next Japanese–Australian Workshop on
Real and Complex Singularities (JARCS) will be held at the University of
Sydney from Monday, 28 September to Thursday, 1 October 2026.

If you are considering attending, please inform a member of the
organizing committee by 14 February 2026.
This is not a registration deadline, but rather a notification of
intent, which will help us plan funding applications and logistical
arrangements.

The JARCS series has been held biennially since 2005, focusing on
research in real and complex singularities. After a pause due to the
COVID-19 pandemic, it resumed in 2024.
We dedicate the 2026 workshop to the memory of Professor Tzee-Char Kuo.

The University of Sydney hosts the Mathematical Research Institute, and
Professor Paunescu is considering applying for funding to partially
support participants’ accommodation expenses.
