This is an announcement for the conference “Higher rank geometric structures, Higgs bundles and physics” to take place at IHP (Paris) on May 19-27, 2025. The goal of the conference is to highlight and facilitate cross-disciplinary interactions between the three topics above, and will be divided in three consecutive short workshops on the three topics.

The conference is part of the thematic program "Higher rank geometric structures” to take place at IHP from April 14th to July 11th 2025, more information, and the link for registration can be found under https://indico.math.cnrs.fr/event/11551/overview

Note that even if you are only interested in attending a conference, it is only possible to apply for financial support by registering for the program, selecting the dates of the conference, and asking support there (deadline October 15th). The support is very limited, and any detailed information in the “comment” box, e.g. if you would be interested in participating even if you won’t receive financial support, will be very appreciated.
