北海道大学の祐川です。

「第１８回数学総合若手研究集会」の聴講者募集（オンラインのみ）の締め切り(2月25日)が近づいてまいりましたので、
リマインド申し上げます。

聴講をご希望される方は、下記の詳細をご確認いただき、お申し込み頂ければと思います。

なお、前回の募集メールでは開催方法をハイブリッドと記載しておりましたが、昨今の新型コロナウイルスの感染状況を鑑み、
全面オンラインでの開催に変更しておりますのでご留意ください。
また、本研究集会ではオンライン会議ツールとして、ZoomとoViceを用います。口頭発表はZoom、ポスター発表はoVice上で行います。
oViceは歓談スペースとしても研究集会期間中に常に利用していただけるようになっていますので、ぜひご活用ください。

【講演形式について】
講演の形式は、口頭発表とポスター発表の２種類があります。
さらに口頭発表はシングルセッション（質疑含め６０分程度）とパラレルセッション（質疑含め３０分程度）
に分けられています。聴講者の方には口頭発表（Zoomで）及びポスター発表（oVice）のうち聴講したいものを
自由に選び、参加していただく形になります。参加用のリンクは事前に参加者にのみメールで送られる予定です。

尚、参加者用リンクを送信する都合上、申し込み締め切りを2/25(金)までとさせていただきます。

I am Tsubasa Sukekawa and belongs to Hokkaido University.

This is just a gentle reminder for attending the conference
“The 18th Mathematics Conference for Young Researchers” as an online audience.

If you would like to attend the conference, please check the details below and apply.

The deadline for application is February 25th (Fri).

I inform you that this conference will be held online only, considering the recent expansion of COVID 19 in Japan.
Moreover, we will use Zoom for oral presentation and oVice for poster presention. 
You can use our virtual space(oVice) as chatting space during the conference, so please feel free to use it.

For those who wish to attend the conference:

[The formats of presentation]

There are two types of presentation formats: Oral presentations and Poster presentations.

Furthermore, Oral presentations are classified into two types of formats:
single sessions (about 60 minutes including question time) and
Parallel sessions (about 30 minutes including question time).

Audiences are free to choose which oral presentation (Zoom or onsite) or poster presentation (Zoom meeting breakout room)
they would like to attend.

The links for participation will be emailed only to participants in advance.
