8月6日-8月10日：集中講義「The homogenization method for topology optimization of
structures: old and new」Grégoire Allaire (Ecole Polytechnique, France)

8月11日-12日 研究集会「Homogenization, Optimization, and related topics」
研究集会では以下の講演者が確定しています。

・飯盛浩司（名古屋大学）
・矢地謙太郎（大阪大学）
・山田崇恭（京都大学）
・Grégoire Allaire (Ecole Polytechnique, France)
・Stefan Neukamm (TU Dresden, Germany)

お申し込み方法：お名前，ご所属先，ご希望の参加日程を記載して，summerschool2018 ＠ math.is.tohoku.ac.jp 宛にお申込みください。

なお, この時期は例年仙台七夕花火祭（今年は第４９回）で仙台市内の宿泊施設は
早い段階で満室になることが予想されます。早めの宿泊予約をお勧めします。

This is the 1st announcement of the Summer School
"The homogenization method for topology optimization of structures:old and new”
which will be held from Aug. 5 to 12, 2018
at Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan.

Aug 5 “Introduction to FreeFEM++” T. Nakazawa (Osaka U.)

Aug 6-10 Intensive course "The homogenization method for topology optimization of structures: old and new”
Grégoire Allaire (Ecole Polytechnique, France)

Aug 11 and 12 Workshop “Homogenization, Optimization, and related topics”
Confirmed speakers include:

K. Yaji (Osaka U.),
T. Yamada (Kyoto U.).

As the hotels in Sendai during this period will be booked quickly due to a traditional local festival,
we would recommend you to book your hotel as soon as possible.
