Title: The Schottky problem in genus 5

Abstract: The Schottky problem is to determine which period matrices arise
from integration on Riemann surfaces, that is, what is the image of the
period map. In this talk, I will describe work on the conjectures of
Schottky and Jung in low genus, including my work on genus 5.
