JSTさきがけ研究集会「環境問題における数理の可能性」
---------------------------------------------------

近年国際的に関心の高い環境問題に対する様々な数理的なアプローチの可能性
について，国内外の数学だけでなく環境学分野の研究者などを集めて研究発表
や議論を行うことを目的として開催します。G８サミットでは環境問題，特に地球
温暖化や二酸化炭素排出などがテーマとして取り上げられる予定ですが，
本研究集会では地球温暖化にとどまらず，幅広い環境問題について最前線で研究
を行う研究者による講演および相互の研究情報の交換を行うものです．
