First talk. will be about dealing with data and the mathematics of
intelligence both machine and human. We will seek to understand some
universal laws of learning.

Evolution of language

Second talk. Learning mechanisms will be the basis for a dynamic of
linguistic states.  Conditions will be obtained for the evolution in a
linguistic society to converge to a common language.
